Overview
The Motopodchody 2026 app in Komorniki. Riders log in on their phones, see a map, pick up envelopes, take checkpoint photos and scan QR codes. Points go to a live ranking. It also installs as a PWA. Organisers have an admin for points and users.
Challenge
A motorcycle event cannot put a marshal with a clipboard on every point. Tasks, photo GPS and the ranking had to run without pulling riders off the route.
Goals
One app for the day: rules, a map, a QR scanner and a live ranking.
Solution
A phone PWA. The app awards points; organisers can still correct them. Home-screen shortcuts to map and ranking.
Process
Event rules, task model, map and GPS, ranking, then the Motormind subdomain.
